Washed Process

This is our first Peaberry coffee that we’ve roasted! We are pleased with its noticeably silky mouthfeel and bright acidity. We are roasting this a little on the lighter side to highlight these qualities and taste sugarcane, green grape, and kaffir limes in this cup.
