Washed Process

This coffee is sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia and roasted to a medium level. This coffee is bold and balanced with layers of complexity as it cools. We taste a dark chocolate base first, which settles into notes of citrus (think mandarin orange and ripe grapefruit) and baking spices (vanilla and molasses).
