These coffee beans are sourced from the Huila region of Colombia and roasted to a medium level. Ethyl Acetate Decaffeination process is used to remove caffeine. This coffee has lemon-lime, mild berry and graham cracker flavors that are rounded out with a noticeable acidity and sweet finish. Decaf coffee can be delicious!
