Washed Process

We love coffees from Huehuetenango! These beans come from various small farms in this beloved region of Guatemala. We roast to a classic medium. The resulting cup of coffee is sweet, clean, and citric with a highlight of almond and lemon flavor that finishes with a subtly sweet cherry presence.
